P.C: Please can you tell us who you are?
Personality: I am Sarfo Kwame Anthony, the last born of five children. A third year student reading BSc. Business Management. I come from Bekwai but stay at Kumasi. I had my basic and junior high education at Good Shepherd and Steadfast Academy respectively, all of Obuasi. From there, I moved to Effigyase SHS for my secondary education then I am now in KNUST.
P.C: How did SHS life treat you?
Personality: I did not like the school at first because I had my first choice but due to financial problem I could not make it to that school. My sister was able to convince me and when I got to the school, I loved it.
P.C: What can you say about your programme of study?
Personality: Business Management was my preferred programme and I really like it.
P.C: How did you end up in KNUST?
Personality: Actually, I wanted to go to University of Education because a friend convinced me. Also I heard bad things about KNUST so I did not want to come here. But someone sold KNUST forms to me and I filled it alongside UEW. KNUST admissions came which offered me Business Management. As I was preparing to come to KNUST, I had a message from my SHS indicating that my admission letter from UEW had been sent to them long time but they could not reach me on time. When I came to KNUST, I realized that all the perceptions I had about this school were false.
P.C: How do you see campus life?
Personality: Campus life is a nice experience but aside academics, it teaches you a lot of things. One thing I have observed about campus life is the respect for one another, no matter the age or class. The relationship between a first year student and a continuous student is different from the relationship between a junior and a senior in SHS.
P.C: How would you describe PENSA-KNUST?
Personality: PENSA-KNUST is a lovable family. PENSA has really helped me a lot in building my spiritual life. I will say that if you find yourself in PENSA, avail yourself, be committed and willing to learn so that you become a refined person, by the time you leave this campus.
P.C: What can you say about the structure of PENSA-KNUST?
Personality: PENSA is well structured in a sense that it gives room for members to partake in the work. Also it trains members to take up leadership roles to support in the upbringing of the body of Christ.
P.C: Which committee do you belong to?
Personality: I am in the Prayer Force Committee. I joined this group because I have believed and trusted in the power of prayers. It was through prayers my mother got healed and since then I developed the passion for prayers. Though I was not consistent in first year but with the help of God and other members I have become very vibrant. I would like to entreat ever member to join a committee so that you work on your capabilities and do something for God.
P.C: What is your take on this year’s theme and focus?
Personality: “Perfecting Holiness” and “Standing Firm in Christ”. Holiness is something very important, 1 John 3:1 talks about purifying ourselves for the coming of the Lord and the hope Christians have that if Christ comes, they will be like Him. Standing firm in Christ also counts, though you might have started well but you couldn’t finish well. We might go through challenges but we have to hold unto our faith and stand firm so that we can complete the race victoriously.
P.C: What is your favourite Bible verse?
Personality: Numbers 23:19 “God is not a man that He should lie nor a son of man that He should repent. Has He not said and will He not do? Has He spoken and will He not make it good?”. This verse encourages me to keep relying on God for his promises concerning my life. Though it seems to be impossible but I know God will fulfill His promises.
P.C: Who is your favourite Bible character?
Personality: Paul and David. I like Paul because of his zeal for the work of God. David was humble and loved God so I always want to associate with people who love God.

Personality: I love playing football.
P.C: What is your vision and mission in life?
Personality: I hate to see people suffering both physically and spiritually, so I want to really help people in life.
P.C: How did you become born again?
Personality: Hmmm! I was not born into this church it was through my mother’s encounter with God through this church that I became a born again. My mum was suffering from an illness which couldn’t be healed by all the means we sought for. As we were almost lost of hope, my Aunt introduced us to a Deaconess of The Church of Pentecost who heads a prayer camp and by the grace of God my mother was totally healed. And ever since I gave my life to Christ, for that matter I joined The Church of Pentecost, I have never regretted and my life has never been the same.

P.C: What really attracted her to you?
Personality: Hahaha, she is God fearing, she also accepts me for who I am.
P.C: What keeps you moving in life and as a Christian as well?
Personality: It is God, because, I don’t want to disappoint Him, looking at how far He has brought me.
P.C: Please do you have any testimony to share with us?
Personality: Hmmm! When my dad passed away, he actually left a will which I had the largest portion but the resources were exhausted when I got to senior high. Since my other step siblings were jealous of me, they decided not to assist me to further my education but by the grace of God here I am now and I believe He will make me complete successfully.
P.C: Any advice for the youth?
Personality: I will entreat the youth that, they shouldn’t love the things of the world but they should focus on God for everything.

Personality: The change I want to see is that, we shouldn’t just pay attention to only first years but also other levels as well.
