ESCHATOLOGY CONFERENCE BY Pastor David Nyansah Hayfron

Ps. David N. Hayfron

Every praise is to our God“…If you have the executives of Pensa Knust leading a praise session and topping it up with a song ministration, you are sure to have the entire church jumping up and down vibrantly singing and dancing along.

Today marked the beginning of the Three-Day Eschatology Conference with Apostle David Nyansah Hayfron, the Youth Director of The Church of Pentecost. His message to us was going to be cut short due to the limited time he had to deliver his message to us. However he was counting on the fact that he was speaking to a bunch of intellectuals, he continuously stated.

“There are standards God is going to judge us by and we must strive and pray as Christians to meet these standards”, he began. According to the Apostle, the letter sent to him by the executive board of the church had some questions or issues they wanted him to address which he said he was going to try and answer during this three-day conference. Some of these were:

  • How different is the rapture from the second coming?
  • Biblical prophecies about the end time and their fulfilment.
  • Doctrine of rewards
  • When will all these happen?

Scriptural texts: Revelations 22:12-14; 1 Corinthians 16:22; 1 Thessalonians 4:15.

He went ahead to cite and explain some biblical prophecies. Showing how these prophecies have come to pass in this age:

  • Isaiah 31:5

This prophecy happened after 2600 years and during the First World War. In Isaiah 31:5, birds were made mention of, so it is highly likely for one to take it in the literal sense but actually the birds symbolized planes. Just as was prophesied in the Bible, the “birds” hovered over Jerusalem upon the command of a general during the war. This action drove the Turks who had taken over Jerusalem away thereby fulfilling the scriptures.

  • Daniel 2:30-34

In this part of scripture, he likened the different parts to the different kingdoms or reigns that came after King Nebuchadnezzar. The silver portion with the two arms, symbolized the Persians and Medes. The bronze, the Greek. The iron, the Romans and finally the iron and clay symbolized the steel and gold community. The rock that replaced these is Christ.

  • Daniel 9:24
